Shipping and Returns

Where do orders ship from?
All orders are packaged by Bug (me) who lives in the Netherlands!

Where do you ship to?
BugBatches currently offers shipping to the USA, Canada and the EU. Hopefully I can spread buggy joy worldwide soon!

I placed my order! When will it arrive?
BugBatches is a one person business, which means every order is packed by Bug herself! I try to ship all orders as fast as possible, but because I study full-time, orders are shipped out once a week
If you have a special event coming up like a birthday and need your order shipped ASAP, feel free to contact me! I will try to accommodate if possible!

After shipping, these are the estimated delivery times:
(Please keep in mind that postage delays will unfortunately be out of my control! Please allow 2-3 weeks before reporting a package missing!)

Do you do returns?
All sales are final! BugBatches does not accept returns or exhanges. Please read the item description carefully before purchasing!

What happens if my package goes missing?
Please check if you entered your address correctly and/or if a neighbour received the package first! If your address was entered incorrectly, please contact me. In most cases the package will be sent back to me and if shipping costs are covered once more, the items will be sent to the right address!
If that is not the case, please check with your local post office! Unfortunately the package is out of my hands once shipped. They might have more information for you!
If all else fails, please contact me so I and my bugs can investigate the issue!

My item arrived damaged!
Oh no! Bug takes great care in making sure all products are in great condition before being sent to their new home. Unfortunately sometimes products get damaged during shipping or a damaged product slipped passed our careful eye. Please contact us so we can send you a replacement!

What about taxes and fees?
Most packages don't cause any fees, but any VAT or customs fees are to be paid by the customer as they are determined by the size and shipping location of the package! By shopping with us you acknowledge and accept these terms.
